Involved in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice consisting of Arbitration, Mediation, conciliation, Negotiations, LokAdalats and handled Arbitration litigation before Arbitrators were appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as well as under the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006.

Handling drafting of contracts/agreements related to real estate business including all types of agreements starting from purchase of land to delivery of project to the customers that includes but not limited to Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, Collaboration Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Development Agreement, G.P.A., S.P.A., Memorandum of Understanding, Builder Buyer agreement, Maintenance Agreement, Commercial Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Lease Deeds, Legal notices, replies, Indemnity bonds, Undertakings, Construction Agreements, Bank Guarantee, all types of documentation related to banks loan, Fixed Term Contract, Appointment Letters, etc.
DUE DILIGENCE OF PROPERTIES
Expert in due diligence and preparation of “Title Search Report” of properties to be purchased or already purchased for individual as well as for Builders. Conducted due diligence of Agricultural land, Commercial Properties, Residential Projects/properties, Industrial properties for the purpose of Purchase/Lease/Development Rights/Joint Ventures/Collaboration.
